Hi,
Donation pool plan does not show balance after transferring. As a donor , i donated 2 hours in the donation pool, however, it does not show in the donation pool. The Donation is approved by the manager.

I attached the donation pool plan to the donor. I also attached the donation pool plan to the sick leave.

Could someone advise where i am going wrong?

If Donation pool is a centralized pool, who can see the balance in pool ? How does HR know how much balance in there in the pool? Do we need to attached Donation pool plan to anyone.
