Can Division Structure Be Created at a Later Stage After Enterprise Structure Go-Live?
Hello Experts,
We have already configured and are using our organization structure in Oracle Fusion HCM. Currently, our setup includes:
- Enterprise
- Legal Entities
- Business Units
- Departments
We did not configure Divisions during the initial implementation as they were not required at that time.
Now the business is considering introducing Divisions into the enterprise structure for reporting and organizational management purposes.
Could you please help clarify:
- Can Divisions be created and introduced after the initial enterprise structure has already been configured and is in active use?
- If yes, can existing Legal Entities and Business Units be associated with newly created Divisions?
