Ability to Add Additional Job Category Fields to HRX_US_JOBS Extensible Flexfield

in Human Capital Management 1 comment

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have received a requirement to add additional Job Category fields for California location within the Job EFF setup/configuration.

During our analysis, we identified that the existing Job Category fields are associated with the Oracle-seeded HRX_US_JOBS structure. As this is Oracle-delivered functionality, we are unable to modify or extend the seeded fields directly to accommodate the additional business requirements.

Field Name: HRX_US_EEO1_JOB_CATEGORY

If this requirement is not currently supported, is there an existing enhancement request or planned future enhancement to provide customers with the ability to configure additional Job Category fields?
