carryover expiration Balance doesn't shown after 1st Jan 2031

Summary:

We set a 5-year carryover expiration for an absence plan effective 1‑Jan‑2026 and ran "Calculate Accruals and Balances" for 31‑Dec‑2025 through 31‑Dec‑2031. Periodic accruals and carryover hours are shown with an effective date of 31‑Dec‑2030 (visible in summary and details), but no hours appear for dates after 1‑Jan‑2031.  We can see Repeating time periods mapped under Absence Plan supports 10 year extension not beyond.

The updated preview period dates under Repeating Time Period are as follows: We even ran 'Withdraw Accruals' and 'Calculate Accruals process' but still balance shows 0 effective 1-Jan-2031
