Initiator receives multiple notification

Initiator receives 2 notification after the transaction is completed(1 FYI and 1 complete). The requirement is, the initiator the will receive only 1 notification i.e complete transaction notification. I checked the BPM settings in that also all the settings as per the requirement, still we are not able to understand how to handle this requirement. Does anyone have any solution regarding this?
