How to Download Oracle Fusion Application in countries where Google play store is banned

in HCM Mobile

Hi Team,

We are implementing Oracle HCM Time and Labor for China. Time recording is done through Web Clock. However we understood that Google Play store is not accessible in China. How can we get the Oracle mobile app for employee's access. Does Oracle provide an official alternative download source or a supported installation method? Kindly advise.
