Publishing an agent is throwing an error

Hi,

We are facing issues while publishing agents. We copied an OOTB agent (HCM Professional Concierge in this case) and trying to publish it. However, we are getting a generic error that's stopping us from publishing it. We are only able to 'Save and Close' but not 'Publish'.

Any leads on resolving this are highly appreciated. Thank you! Dr Surlina Yin-Oracle
