The Earned Leave balance is being reflected after the employee’s global transfer.

I am facing an issue related to an employee’s global transfer between India and the USA.

Initially, the employee was transferred from India to the USA. At the time of the transfer, the employee’s Earned Leave (EL) balance was reset to zero, as the Full and Final (F&F) settlement was completed and the corresponding amount was paid out.

After one year, the employee was transferred back from the USA to India and became eligible for the India-specific leave plans again. However, the employee’s previous EL balance is being reinstated and reflected in the system, even though it was already settled during the initial transfer.
