Why isn’t the agent categorizing and saving email attachments?

Summary: Candidate email replies and attachments are received successfully in Oracle Recruiting. However, the email assistant continues to display a processing banner, and no automatically categorized and saved attachment is visible on the candidate profile.

Steps performed

• Sent an email to a test candidate from a candidate pool.
• Replied from the candidate’s mailbox with a dummy passport attachment.
• Confirmed that the reply and attachment appeared in Oracle.
