Month wise Workforce scheduling

Hi,

Currently we have 'N' of Week wise workforce scheduling which doesn't meets many customer requirement as they are practically use to with Monthly Shift scheduling of employees.

Please solution to this requirement (if any)

Example for Health Care Industries: If Business want to schedule November month shifts, then in that case, we don't have option to schedule for complete month. If we configure the schedule profile with "5" No of weeks, then it considers the date from 1st Nov to 5th Dec.

Problem here is that since 5 days of Decemeber is consider in the schedule which cannot be consider again in next month schedule and the Business requirement and demand works based on Monthy wise.
