VM.Standard.E3.Flex shapes

Hi team,

our current OCI DB System is using the VM.Standard.E3.Flex shape. When I try to create a new DB System from the backup, in the same region and availability domain, this shape is not available in the list. Instead, I can see other shapes such as VM.Standard.E2.Flex and VM.Standard.E1.Flex....

Could you please clarify why the existing shape is not available when restoring from backup? is there a way to restore using the same shape as the source DB System?
