Redwood Approval Rules: No EFF Attributes for Additional Person Info

Summary:

We use the Redwood Additional Person Info page (ORA_PER_ADDITIONAL_PERSONAL_INFO_REDWOOD_ENABLED = Yes). We created and deployed a new Person EIT EFF context for benefits information.

We’re configuring approvals in the Redwood Approval Rules view under the Personal Information task, Additional Person Info subcategory. We need two rules:

1. Auto-approve submissions that update this EFF context when they come from a specific user population.
2. Route to an approver for everyone else.

When we build the If condition with Select from attribute, the Proposed attributes include only standard person and contact objects: Address, Biographical Information, Citizenship, Email, Phone, National IDs, Passport, Visa Permit, and so on. Nothing points to Person EIT/EFF contexts or segments.
