Adding second OIC Connectivity Agent for High Availability

Hi Team,

Currently, we have an OCI compute instance running the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Connectivity Agent. We are planning to provision a second compute instance to provide high availability and redundancy.

Could you please clarify the following?

  1. Network configuration: Should both compute instances be in the same VCN/subnet? Do we need a secondary VNIC, secondary private IP, or any shared network setup?
  2. Agent configuration: Should the second Connectivity Agent be registered in the same OIC agent group as the existing agent? Can both agents run concurrently?
  3. Shared resources: Is shared storage, a shared filesystem, or a common IP address required between the two instances?
