Journal Posting to ERP Fails for GBP Matches While USD Posts Successfully

Hello Experts,

We are currently testing Journal Posting from ARCS Match with Adjustments to ERP and have encountered an issue with multi-currency transactions.

Current Setup

  • Our Match Type contains transactions in multiple currencies (USD, GBP, CAD, etc.).

In Currency Buckets, all three buckets are enabled:

  • Entered Currency = USD
  • Functional Currency = USD
  • Reporting Currency = USD

Issue Observed

  • When a match generates an adjustment and the journal is posted to ERP in USD, the journal entry is created successfully.
  • However, when a similar adjustment is generated for a GBP transaction, the journal posting fails and no JE is created in ERP.
