While creating supplier site getting error 'You must provide a valid value. (POZ-2130086)'

Summary:

While creating supplier site for specific BU, getting error 'You must provide a valid value. (POZ-2130086)', if try to create site with same address for other BU the site getting created , only for this BU i am getting error, can you help on this. We have defined the business unit, Business Function assignment , provided Agent access, data access, defined Procurement business function but still getting this error
