Subassembly work order created after parent Assembly Work order

Summary:

Subassembly work order are created after parent Assembly Work order.

Business wants for MTO order need to have BUILT the subassemblies prior to the Final part number being opened.

Further looking at the WD, we found that subassemblies are assigned at the last operation in the WD. Prior operation in the WD before last Operation has 4 to 5 days.

Option 1 : Moving the subassemblies from the last operation to first operation will create subasss planned order before parent order.

What other option is available in this scenario other than updating WD to move the SubAss to first Operation.

Adding post processing LT to SubAss create other problem.
