Agreement and Supplier Enhanced Field Visibility and Display Options

Summary:

We have a need to make DFFs visible on the Supplier and Agreements pages, even when no data is present.

We found that within the Form Rules for Requisitions, Visual Builder provides the ability to configure fields to remain visible regardless of whether they contain data. As shown in the screenshot below, the Requisition Form Rules offer significantly more configuration options for field visibility and behavior.
