Could someone let me know the impact on Approvals this message:

Confirming the change of method to or from ‘Inactive’ will re-start the approval process

Does it mean that:

1. The unit should revert specifically to “Not Started.”?
   2. The reset should propagate to parent entities.?
   3. Any validations or blocks linked to approvals should be removed.?
   

Does Oracle have documented somewhere the impact after we activate a company within a parallel perimeter (i.e., assigning a method and a percentage after it has been set to "Inactive" by default)?
