User is getting the error - "invalid page parameter" while trying to create journal in ARCS cloud

One of the ARCS user is not able to create journal in ARCS cloud. Whenever she clicks on create journal button, the create journal page throws the below error.

I have tried the below troubleshooting items still the issue persist:

  • Verify the ARCS instance URL is correct for the environment you are using (production/patch/test).
  • Clear the browser cache, cookies, and local storage, then retry (use a private/incognito session to confirm).
  • Try a different supported browser or a different machine to rule out browser-specific issues.

I then tried to replicate the issue in test environment, I replicated the user access in lower instance and tested.
