Automatically Import Content Provider Skills

Summary:

We are in the process of testing Dynamic Skills and are planning on importing the skill meta data from our content provider, LinkedIn Learning. However, we don't see the Skills and Qualifications options under the Configure External Providers that is referenced in the 26B release notes. Did this functionality go away?
