After the 26D upgrade, the Document Records Approval process is failing. The following error is encountered during the approval workflow:

Attempted to access property "username" in classoracle.bpel.services.workflow.task.model.DocumentOfRecordApprovalRules.RequestorDetails

Issue Details:

  • Functionality affected: Document Records Approval
  • Environment: Post 26D Upgrade
  • Error occurs during the approval process execution.
  • The issue was not observed prior to the 26D upgrade.

Expected Behavior:
Document Records Approval should complete successfully and route approvals as configured.

Actual Behavior:
The approval process fails with the username property access error in the RequestorDetails class.
