Anyone missing too the lower-bar menu in the Jobs Console in NSPB after 26.10 upgrade ?

Summary:

Hi, I want to confirm if anybody else has experienced in their NSPB after the 26.10 upgrade that the Job console lower bar (shown in red here, taken from an Oracle Planning, not NSPB, system upgraded to 26.10 too) is not appearing in several of the instances of NSPB we manage.

Is anyone experiencing this too ?

I created an SR, but wanted to check your experience if already gone through that, and what was the proposed solution as we need to schedule some jobs during the day.
