Mobile inventory locator not visible while receiving in transit shipment

in Inventory Management

Summary:

Hi Team,
I am trying to receive the intransit shipment in the receive goods from mobile inventory but i am unable to see the locator under putaway information.
but when i create the PO with the same item the putaway information shows both subinventory and locator.
can anyone confirm why this is happening.
i have setup Item transaction defaults, item is associated with the locator as well.
please let me know if anything is required or this is the oracle mobile functionality
