How to reduce the size of Artifact Snapshot in EPBCS?

Hi, we are reviewing our EPBCS environment as part of proactive maintenance and looking for ways to manage the size of the daily Artifact Snapshot. We are not currently experiencing any performance issues, a but we have noticed a recent increase in the size of our daily snapshot.

We are considering areas such as:

  • Cleaning up old or unnecessary files from Inbox/Outbox
  • Removing obsolete dimension members or metadata

Has anyone assessed which components have the most significant impact on the Artifact Snapshot size? Are there other areas you would recommend reviewing or cleaning up to keep the daily snapshot size manageable? We are particularly interested in understanding which cleanup activities actually contribute to reducing the daily Artifact Snapshot size.
