Why are my -2 assignments failing in HDL Data Loader

Summary:

I submitted an hdl loader file to update the probation end date of employees from the flex field we created at implementation to the seeded file on the assignment page. The load was succesful for most employees. However, rehire employee with a -2 assignment all failed.
