Alternate Hierarchy children are not aggregating to the Parent for Parent Currency and Contribution

Summary:

I currently have two alternate parents(ALTCORP and ALTSN) , i have set their children's ownership as 100% owned and they are using the subsidiary consolidation method. I have consolidated and translated the data (The alternate hirearchies have the same USD currenct as the parent), but the issue is that the data isn't rolling up from the children to the alternate parents at the Parent Currency and FCCS_Contribution. I tried ForceConsolidation and ForceTranslation and the data is still not aggregating up.

The parent's data storage property is set to Never Share and Consol operator is set to ignore, children are shared with ignore operator too. Both the parents are siblings to FCCS_Total Geography.
