License Usage capture at time of Physical Shipment

Currently, when a Sales Order (SO) is booked in EBS, a corresponding Trade Transaction is created in GTM and undergoes full compliance screening. If GTM determines, based on the configured compliance rules, that a Sales Order line requires an export license, the Trade Transaction is automatically placed on a Control Screening hold.

The Export Control team then reviews the Trade Transaction, identifies the appropriate license, and assigns it to the applicable Trade Transaction line. This releases the Control Screening hold. As part of the standard GTM functionality, license utilization is recorded at the time the license is assigned to the Sales Order Trade Transaction line
