26.10 "Jobs" bugs? This type of scheduled job cannot be deleted: RULESET

Summary:

Two issues:

  1. If I schedule a ruleset I'm not able to delete the schedule job from Pending Jobs. I get an error: "This type of scheduled job cannot be deleted: RULESET"
    1. Also noticed that these scheduled jobs do not appear as objects in a snapshot.
  2. Some scheduled jobs can no longer be run ad-hoc via "Run Now" from Pending Jobs. I get error: "Error A job with specified name and type was not found. Try again with a valid job name and type."
    1. The only clue is that it runs a rule set but the type listed in "rule" so there is a disconnect there. It appears the 26.10 release may have compromised existing job definitions
