Sign in page button text has changed

We had identity upgrade in non-prod environments a week ago and we are due to get the upgrade in our live environment this weekend. I followed the instructions in customizing branding and made changes to logo and login text last week. I also changed the identity provider name last week and our page was looking something like this:

The SSO button appeared in this format last week: 'Sign in with XYZ' (XYZ is our identity provider name)

Today while attempting to login to our non-prod environments, I no longer see 'Sign in with' text in the button and it just shows the identity provider name. Has anything changed in the last few days that could have caused this difference? We have sent out comms to our users with screenshots and instructions last week and this could cause confusion to users if something has changed? I don't remember amending anything that could cause this.
