File is empty message on the output interface for the inventory transactions

We have setup a scheduled job to interface the IHT generated 22,23,24,25,4,17 etc with endpoint configured. After performing the transactions, IHT's are generated and processed in inventory history screen but in Output interface we are getting message as file is empty and XML file is not generated or interfaced.

What will be the issue and why the file is empty even if the inventory history is processed
