Converted Courses not visible in Learner's view but are Visible to Admin view

We have converted Courses through HDL. Upon checking on the front-end there were some Courses that were visible in Admin View but not visible to Learner's view. There were also some courses that are visible to both Admin and Learner's view.
We tried to check for some attributes differences on the visible and not visible Courses and they are almost the same except for the Title, Dates, etc.
Can someone give insights on this or has anyone experienced the same and fixed it?
