Ability to map learning assignment folder path to folder and subfolder levels

Summary:

Currently, the ability to map Learning Assignments to OTBI reports is limited to a single folder location. This creates a functional gap, as learning administrators often need to associate assignments with reports stored across multiple folders and subfolders.

As the number of OTBI reports continues to grow, administrators must navigate through long lists of reports to locate and select the appropriate one. This process is inefficient, increases administrative effort, and raises the risk of selecting incorrect reports.

Removing the one-folder restriction and enabling access to reports across folders and subfolders would provide greater flexibility in organizing reporting structures, streamline the assignment configuration process, improve usability, and reduce data quality risks associated with report selection and maintenance.
