Reporting historical PTO accruals and point-in-time balances

in Workforce Management

Hi,

I need to pull PTO accrual information by employee for 3/1/2026–8/31/2026, specifically:

PTO balance as of 3/1/2026 PTO

hours accrued between 3/1/2026 and 8/31/2026

PTO balance as of 8/31/2026

Is there an Oracle HCM report or OTBI subject area that supports reporting historical balances as of a specific date, along with accrual activity between two dates? I have reviewed the Absence Adjustments Report, but it does not appear to provide the two historical point-in-time balances needed. Any guidance on the appropriate report, subject area, or approach would be appreciated.
