Can we Operate mass Upload on Career Paths

in HCM Data Loader (HDL)

We have been looking for a solution to integrate Career Paths and couldn't find a solution to do a mass upload in standard solution, is there a way? We couldn't find any API in VBS so we're wondering if it is even possible. All our pages are in redwood for context.
