Non-admins cannot run rules in forms embedded in a dashboard (since 26.10).

Summary:

Since the 26.10 update, we have been experiencing an increasing number of issues with rules embedded in forms within a dashboard that can no longer be executed by non-admins (Run after Save). The moment user clicks “Save” in the form, the rule is no longer executed (not even under ‘Jobs’), and the process is displayed as “Running” and gets stuck. An admin, on the other hand, has no problem when clicking the same Save button, the Job gets listed.

If we attach the same rule directly to the dashboard, it works, for Non-Admins as well.

Is anyone else experiencing this right now?
