Oracle WMS Cloud Pallet Enhancement

For a business process flow where permanent pallet labels are applied on each pallet for re-use after shipping, Oracle WMS Cloud does not support re-scanning the same pallet label once its status is "Shipped" .

The required flow/enhancement is as follows:

  1. Pick OBLPNs onto a pallet #.
  2. Load pallet to truck and ship it with OB Loads (pallet status is "shipped").
  3. When pallet comes back, ability to re-use it (either controlled by a facility parameter or receiving those same pallets with RF/input interface as with Asset management).

Assets cannot be used in this type of flow as assets are only supported in the LPN field and not in the pallet number field.
