Segment Policy Parameters are disappearing/getting deleted again n again from policy assignmentsets.

We noticed an issue in replenishment planning that the Segment-Level Policy Parameters are disappearing/getting deleted again and again from policy assignment sets. We subsequently found that they are also missing from the other plans. We tried by making the plan private as well but still faced the same issue. Could you please let us know the reason ?
