Budgeting Control Transaction REST API throwing error code : XCC_BI_NO_CB_4_SBT_SBN

Summary:

we are using the REST API : /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/budgetaryControlBudgetTransactions to perform budget transfer. Our Control Budget in Fusion is configured properly with SourceBudgetType as 'Other' and budget status is 'in use' as well.

REST API is returning response with BatchResultCode : FAIL and error code for the requested transaction in backend is 'XCC_BI_NO_CB_4_SBT_SBN'.

Looks like the error code indicates 'No Control Budget For Source Budget and Source Budget Type'. However fusion configuration is properly managed. Kindly help in identifying the root cause for this.
