Court Order Assistant error troubleshooting

in AI Agent Collaboration Center

We've completed these steps, please review and advise:

  • entered a pdf into the court order workbench to generate a UCM Id
  • enter the pdf and UCM Id into the court order assistant in debug mode
  • we select approve in the court order workbench and get the attached error message

Please advise how we can troubleshoot this
