Could you have an Absence plan in Oracle Fusion that will forfeit balances twice in a year?

I wanted to create an Absence Plan that will front load at the beginning of the year and forfeit remaining balance by June 30 of the year. New front load for July 1 and remaining balance forfeit at December 31. Any idea will be appreciated. Thanks!
