Agentic App Ignoring Display Prompt

I am trying to create a custom tile within the Cost Accounting Close Workspace using the Cost Processing Advisor Workflow. What I am looking to display are the errors and warnings that are generated from the last cost processing run. I use the Ask Oracle function within the app to see if it is able to see that information. It provides the correct info that I want to display in a tile. When I try to create a tile to display the Error Message, it keeps showing me the same tile that just shows the Transactions processed successfully and Total
