Questions about 26D Updates for Time and Labor and Absence

We're wondering how this update (Enhancements for Absence Integration on Redwood Time Cards) will affect our Time Administrators. The below slide screenshot taken from the CCC Event PDF

Typically, managers approve timecards the day before or the morning of a Payroll run day. A manager may have forgotten to submit an Absence for their Employee. The manager submits an absence for the Employee and the manager does not go back to the timecard.
