OTM cloud how to change transaction number db sequence

How to change the i_transaction_no db sequence - so that it starts at a different sequence number
Is there an option from OTM UI DBA admin role directly?

What is the right way to do this? is this possible in cloud or not, we have raised a SR, but we don't have any solution from Oracle yet.
