instance is receiving updates from OSMH

Hi Team,

We have unregistered our DEV instance from OSMH. However, we still see messages indicating that the instance is receiving updates from OSMH. Additionally, the OSMH plugin is in a disabled state for the DEV instance.

Could you please advise on what additional steps need to be performed to completely remove the OSMH association and stop these messages from appearing?
