Across all default OTM Screen Sets and menu search pages, the default string matching operator for text search fields (such as Order Release ID, Shipment ID, Location Name, etc.) is set to "Begins With".

While we understand that "Begins With" is optimized for database indexing and query performance, our business users frequently need to search by substring patterns and prefer having "Contains" pre-selected by default to streamline their daily operations.

We know that:
- We can manually edit each individual Screen Set via Manager Layout/Screen Set configuration to change the default operator per field. However, applying this across hundreds of custom/standard screen sets requires significant maintenance overhead.
