SEND REST EVENT Action in Automation Agent to trigger OTMGTM REST API

I am trying to trigger OTMGTM REST API from OTMGTM automation agent using SEND REST EVENT to update a contact on basis of criteria but getting Exception received from REST service. Check logs.

Same can be achieved using SEND INTEGRATION and post XML to GTM itself but was trying to use REST API this time.

Any suggestion on this REST API approach?
