XML and xsd parsing issue

xml and xsd uploaded is

used in oic integration to create supplier in BCM.

The error I am getting with xsd -Schema parser encountered an error in XML document, this error may occur when XML Document is not valid or using some unsupported properties. Error details shall provide more information about error, it may include exception name, root cause or error location in XML document, accordingly correct the XML document and try again. Error details: java.lang.RuntimeException: Stream does not contain a schema document.
