How to schedule 'Calculate accruals and balances' on quarterly basis

We are trying to address a scenario where employees can enter LWOP absences retroactively. Our absence plan is configured as an Incremental Plan with a bi-weekly repeating period, and the Calculate Accruals and Balances process is currently scheduled to run bi-weekly.

The issue is that when an employee enters an LWOP absence effective in a previously processed accrual period (for example, 2 months in the past), the scheduled bi-weekly accrual process does not revisit and recalculate those historical accrual periods. As a result, the employee retains accruals that should have been reduced due to ineligibility caused by the backdated LWOP.
