Unable to Edit Self-Paced Learning Items Loaded Through Python Script

Hi Team,
We are encountering the error below when attempting to edit Self-Paced Learning Items that were loaded using a Python script.
"Your changes could not be submitted because of a server error. Try again later".
However, we are able to edit Self-Paced Learning Items that were created manually through the UI without any issues. This issue occurs only with the items loaded through the Python script.
Please note that all the affected Self-Paced Learning Items are in an Active state.
Could you please help us understand whether this issue is related to security permissions or if there are any specific configurations or additional steps that need to be taken care of during the loading process?
