How to apply discount rules again on override price

Hello Team,

We have requirement to perform manual price adjustment and then all required discount rules should be reapply again on overridden price. We are using cascade discounting on running net price.

Example - Item Price - 100$
Discount 1 - 10%
Discount 2 - 6%
Final net price - 100-10-5.4 = 84.6

Now business want to override price of 100$ to 80 so all calculation should be apply again on 80$ as below : -

Override Price - 80$
Discount 1 - 10%
Discount 2 - 6%
Final net price - 80-8-4.32 = 67.68
